2013 was an almost impossible real estate situation for us. In order to move near the beach, we had to perfectly time the sale of our existing house in Parkland, find a rental that would accept two large dogs for a short interim period and then finally, find, negotiate and purchase our new home in Pompano Beach. Eric did an outstanding job in both finding us a new house and selling our old one. My wife and I knew the location we wanted to move and he was able to identify the models of homes which would fit our needs. Once we chose the model we wanted he made sure that when a new listing came on the market we were able to see the house. When the realtor for a house we wanted wasn’t returning his calls he took us to the house and knocked on the door to get us to see the house, and yes, it is the house we bought. Our old house was put on the market at the right price and sold much quicker than expected. Our old home sold so quickly because Eric has a great relationship with realtors in the area and was able to get potential buyers in the house immediately, one of which bought the home. We were lucky enough to meet Eric as a sellers agent while looking at a house, we quickly made him the buyers agent and found our dream home and closed the deal within 48 hours.
